COACHING

What is coaching?

Coaching is a developmental process that helps you better understand yourself, make more conscious decisions, and achieve your personal or professional goals.
A coach is not a consultant and not a therapist — rather a supportive partner who, through questions, feedback, and various tools, helps you find your own answers and your own path.

What does a coaching process look like?

The coaching process begins with an informal, free introductory conversation. If we both feel that we can work together effectively, we agree on the details.
The length of the process is tailored to the individual — typically 4–8 sessions, but it can be more or fewer depending on your needs.
During the first session, we get to know each other, clarify what kind of change you want to achieve, and explore how coaching can support you in that.
Through this initial exploration, we define a clear goal and outline the steps that will lead you there.
In the following sessions, we look for new perspectives and solutions, reflect on your experiences, and uncover both obstacles and resources.
At the end of the process, we review and summarize what you have achieved and how you can maintain your progress independently in the future.

Why do I believe in the power of coaching?

Throughout life, we often feel directionless — days blend into one another, challenges follow one after the other. We go through our daily tasks as if performing a juggling act in a circus, and by the end of the day we are exhausted, only to continue again tomorrow. Over time, we may realize we no longer know where we are heading — we’re just moving forward.
Coaching helps you pause, reflect, gain clarity, gather strength, rediscover your values, and find your way.
